Completely. We’re a federally licensed firearms manufacturer with a Class 2 SOT — the license class that exists to build and hold machine guns. Every weapon aboard is registered to the company under federal law, every round is fired beyond the 12-nautical-mile line in open Gulf water, and our lawyers built the entire program before we ever loaded a belt. We didn’t find a loophole. We built a program.

No license, no permit, no NFA paperwork — the guns are ours and they stay ours. You shoot under the direct, one-on-one supervision of our crew. Before we leave the dock, everyone signs our release and eligibility packet — lawyer-built, takes about ten minutes, and it’s non-negotiable: no signature, no trip. If you can legally handle a firearm in the United States, you’re in.

No. House guns only — hard rule, no exceptions. It’s part of why the whole thing works.

Inside one of fifteen pre-charted firing zones — every one past the 12-nautical-mile line, every one at least five miles clear of every charted structure in the Gulf, verified against more than 22,000 charted platforms, buoys, and lights.

We move. That’s the entire design — with fifteen zones on the chart, traffic never ends a shoot, it just relocates it. Radar, AIS, and gyro-stabilized optics sweep the water before a single round goes downrange and keep watching while we’re hot. Anything inbound means instant cease-fire. No exceptions, no debates.

Steel, mostly. The belt-fed runs off a mount we welded into a fixed firing arc — the gun physically cannot point at the boat or anyone on it. Every other weapon is fired shoulder-to-shoulder with our safety officer, one shooter at a time. Eyes and ears are mandatory, and any crew member can call cease-fire at any moment. When they do, everything stops. Every gun, every time.

We shoot lead-free solid copper, every casing and every link comes back aboard with us, and our floating targets are built to be recovered — nothing stays in the water. Honestly, the tuna have a lot more to fear from your hookset than from our ammo.

Guns first. Beer after. Always in that order. Once every weapon is unloaded, verified clear, cased, and locked, the cooler opens and the fishing rolls on. That’s not a vibe kill — that’s why everybody goes home with all their fingers and a great story.

Absolutely — first-timers are some of our favorite shooters. You get a full safety briefing at the dock, and on the water our safety officer is at your shoulder for every round: loading, aiming, firing, clearing. You bring the grin. We handle everything else.

This is Venice, Louisiana — the fishing capital of the world. Tuna and wahoo are the targets, and the fishing is the real deal, not a warm-up act. Fish in the morning, send a belt of 7.62 over blue water in the afternoon, come home with meat in the box and a camera roll nobody at the office will believe. Prefer more trigger time? Six guests, max — that’s federal law for our class of vessel, and honestly, it’s better this way. You’re not in line at a theme park. Everybody fishes, everybody shoots, everybody’s in the video.

A 40-foot Invincible catamaran — 1776 FT DEEP — pushed by four Mercury Verado 400s. Sixteen hundred horsepower gets you past the 12-mile line fast, and the cat hull keeps it comfortable when the Gulf has opinions.

Sixteen. Shooters under 18 must have a legal parent or guardian on the boat with them — no exceptions. And like everyone else aboard, guardians sign the release packet at the dock too.

The captain makes that call, and nobody overrules the captain — we don’t run guns in seas that don’t allow it, period. If weather scrubs your date or you need to cancel, deposits are non-refundable — but your deposit can transfer to another available date. We’ll make reasonable efforts to get you rebooked; rescheduling depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.

Food and drinks for the day, sunscreen, sunglasses, non-marking shoes, and a valid Louisiana fishing license — it’s a quick online purchase, so knock it out before you show up. We provide all eye and ear protection, all firearms, and all ammunition. And remember the house rule on the drinks: guns first, beer after.
